We are also the supplier of watch straps from the brand Balder, known for its sophisticated collections.

How can I become a reseller?

Wholesale partnerships with Bands of Supreme are available to qualified businesses including—but not limited to—resellers of watch straps and accessories, watch dealers, jewelry stores, lifestyle retailers, and select concept stores that align with our brand values.

To apply, please complete the wholesale application form on our website. All applications are reviewed individually, and applicants will be notified of approval or rejection within 7 business days. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
What is your Pricing Policy?

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

To maintain efficiency and sustainable pricing for our wholesale operations, the following minimum order values apply:

  • First Order: €750 (excluding VAT and shipping)
  • Subsequent Orders: €375 minimum per order

Orders placed below the minimum of €375 will incur a handling fee, which will be specified at the time of invoice.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are structured according to the order value, to balance flexibility and risk management:

a. Orders up to €1,000
  • Full prepayment required before the order is processed and shipped.
b. Orders between €1,001 and €2,999
  • 50% deposit due at time of order
  • Remaining 50% due prior to shipment
c. Orders from €3,000 and above
  • Net 14 days payment terms granted
  • Full payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Credit approval may be required, and/or a 50% prepayment will be required for the first sale order.

Pricing and Currency

  • All wholesale prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and import duties.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Wholesale partners will be notified in advance of any adjustments.

Invoicing and Payment Methods

  • Invoices will be issued electronically.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer. Payment details will be provided on each invoice.
  • Late payments may result in delayed shipments and/or suspension of wholesale privileges.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

  • Orders are only considered confirmed upon receipt of payment (or deposit, if applicable).
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
What about VAT?

When your company applies to become a reseller, a VAT registration number is required.

Upon approval, no VAT will be charged on orders outside the Netherlands.

For shipments inside the Netherlands, VAT is added to the order.
How fast will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship all products directly from stock. In-stock items will be dispatched within 2-6 days. However, some variants may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, they will be made to order, with an expected delivery time of up to 8 weeks. When selecting a specific variant on the product page, the estimated delivery time will be shown on the Add to Cart button.
